Kia ora. I’m Emma, a New Zealand based Learning Experience Designer.

I’ve been at this for a while now - nearly 20 years and I love it. I believe in partnering with business stakeholders to create beautiful, user-friendly and measurable learning experiences. I’ve worked alongside people from a wide range of industries including government, financial services, the energy sector and not-for-profits.

Being a true generalist, I can do a bit of everything. From analysis, design and development to implementation, I always keep the end user front and center.
